- Après la levée, fariner le plan de travail, travailler la pâte pour la dégazer et la diviser en 4 parts égales. Former 4 boules et les poser côte à côte dans un grand plat à cake (le mien 30cm) beurré et fariné.

- Couvrir d'un torchon et laisser lever à température ambiante pendant 1h00.
- Après cette dernière levée, dorer avec l'oeuf battu et faire cuire pendant 30 minutes dans le four préchauffé à 180 degrés.

- Laisser refroidir avant de démouler.

- Petite info concernant le sucre: vous pouvez utiliser soit du sucre en poudre ou du sucre vanillé. Moi j'ai choisi de prendre un sachet de sucre vanillé et de compléter avec du sucre normal pour arriver aux 50 grammes.
